I have one that has been on wifi with the C4 driver, and a DHCP reservation for going on 3 years now. I know they have had more than a few power outages. No problems in that time span thus far. :)
I wonder if it takes a while after an outage to get an IP address. I now that immediately after an outage or reset, the wifi ones will not turn on via IP. I bet after the power returns to the unit, it eventually does some silent bootup, gets its IP address, then it all falls into place.
