Have you confirmed the room box is actually online? If not, that would explain why control isn't working. That could be caused by a defective cable, connector, room box, or output card.

FYI, a room box can be "offline" (i.e., not communicating with the processor), yet still pass video. So, the presence of a picture doesn't mean everything else is good.

This obviously isn't the problem with the TV not being controlled by Crestron, and it could simply be a coincidence that both problems occurred around the same time.
