It’s a little more trouble to manage inventory, but I would prefer that stands were an option. I don’t like all off the waste associated with tossing unwanted stands. The same with that large package of hardware included with each wall mount. I’ve got boxes and boxes of the stuff.
agreed. you would think as much as manufactureres like to penny pinch, they would have figured out their shipping boxes could be MUCH smaller with no stand, charge more for stand. Separate box. That day may come. However, Im sure outside our industry the vast majority sit on a stand. Bummer.
