It's never that easy, Burton...at least, if your luck is like mine! I have repaired numerous LG plasmas, but very few Samsungs. Since the blue LED is also out, it could be the main pcb. Otherwise, you're in for some big $$. I'm sure you have tried a power cycle.
ShopJimmy is a possible supplier of parts if you feel you want to give it a shot.
