Not sure what you mean, the IR receiver on the TVs work as the TV responds to the OEM remote. If you mean the IR out of the room box doesn't work, this may be possible however we moved a room box from another room (which is working) and connected it to the problem TV and the same issue arises where Video will be displayed (if the TV is on) but control of the TV is not available through Crestron.
