I don't do Crestron so I have some probably ignorant questions. I hope I can point in a useful direction.

What happened a couple of weeks ago?

What does Crestron say about this? What information would you provide to them that you haven't provided here?

Does "controlled by Crestron" mean a Crestron component sends IR signals? If so, it sounds like it's important that the OEM remote works.

If IP control, the OEM remote's ability to control shouldn't matter. And I don't know of any Samsungs with RS232 control, so I suppose that's not it.

Are any of the TVs connected to the internet? Have any updates of anything happened around the time the problem started? Are the same modules being used to control each and every TV? Is there such a thing as updates of modules?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
