Yeah, customer accuracy....

I've had a customer call us and insist on some work being done immediately because "I have an account with your company and I've bought all my stuff from you." I told her "having a $400 unpaid invoice for three years does NOT constitute having an account with us." (When we went out there we found a component that had not been invented last time we were there.So much for "all my stuff from you.")

We finally got the $400, but not before another customerstupid argument: it was for a new TV my partner "loaned" her three years before, and she didn't want to pay the entire price because "but it's a used TV!"

People, love 'em or hate 'em, just remember we're part of 'em.
