Mine is black from cox cable with model number urc-8820-moto. it will turn my SR4200 on/off.

Any chance of getting it to do the amp and menu and menu exit functions?

There do not seem to be any silver with black keys urc-8820 for sale on ebay, so is buying a
RC5300SR replacement from China the best way to get control and set up an old Marantz SR4200 receiver?
