I have a Harmony One that I haven't had to configure in years. I have to purchase a new AVR and want to update my Harmony. The problem is I can't seem to find my old account info.

I attached my Harmony via USB to my laptop and ended up having to create a "new" account. The issue is that when I try to copy my previous settings, I get a popup box that asks for my Login ID for the remote I would like to copy. I do NOT have this info, or know where to find it.

I really don't want to program this whole thing again, I just want to swap the AVR receiver to the new one.

Can someone please help with this issue? Much appreciated.
