No.  Just one subscription to AdFree time..You're just creating a proxy so that the MLB/NETFLIX/ etc.  can't locate you.  You can insert the ip settings into your router or your actual device...

An added benefit is you don't get hit with ads either...because again they can't locate you...On the downside of it, when I go to homedepot or bestbuy website...It always thinks I'm in Chicago, so when I'm checking whether or not something is in stock, I have to make sure I change the store to something local every time.
