I went through this with a customer... He ended up using CAT6a after the research on both of our ends.
Found this online while hunting: "On the other hand, Cat6a is the most recent standard developed by the TIA for enhanced performance standards for twisted pair cable systems. The TIA does not recognize Class F Cable. They never developed specifications for Cat7 cables and they don’t plan to. They’re skipping ahead to Cat8"
This made me think twice on the choice, as well as locating the the ends and also trying to even find wall plate considerations.
It may change but, i'm not seeing that happening...yet.
