The way the whole thing is run is like they want to make it hard to purchase from them.
In addition to all the other issues, the website absolutely blows. It's supposed to be a redesigned site but it's so disconnected it's retarded. I'll bet a 6th grader can watch you tube and build a more functional site.
On top of that, they recently sent a notice that password was expiring and needed to be changed. I ignored it because I rarely use them but I just tried to login and I couldnt. They tell you to then use the password reset link, so I click on that and it askes for your email address (ok) but also asks for you customer number to resend the link. Guess what, I cant login to get my customer number so I can reset the password! LOL, the most ass backwards company i've ever seen, You would think that after a year or 2 they would get their act together but this kind of sh!t has been their normal operating procedure for as long as I can remember.
