That is all you need to know. You plug these numbers into IrScrutinizer (for example) and it computes the hex (for example) for you.

how did you come to the conclusion in this senerio that D = 0x33 = 51 for example and the other two?

Basically, I was guessing on the basis of the verbal description. Recall the word "probably"?
