Just got a new laptop, and am adding all the necessary programs. Went to URC, and they changed the dealer logon. It appears that they are making me send a bunch of info to them including a W9. Why the hell do they need that info when I am not direct? They do not pay me anything. All i want is to download the latest version of Complete Control.
