No, I can't tell you why AnyRemote rejects the file. IrScrutinizer produces almost exactly the same result

(A specification of the format is not known to me.) I can only guess, and then I would like to guess that AnyRemote barfs at the slighty uncommon modulation frequency of 56015. Try  to change it to, say, 38000, and see what happens.
