Your first mistake is using in ceilings for the fronts

There are occasionally placement limitations due to the way the house is built that forces you to use a speaker in the ceiling. The two times I've done this they sounded GREAT!.

Ceiling speakers in the wall are stupid, though, because they announce "I cannot mount a speaker level" to the entire world.
