I have bought mounts for AppleTV/Airport Express that mount on whatever you want- they're pretty good for this and with a small plate like the one Sanus sells, it's much easier than ever. However, now that Spectrum is operating in Time Warner country, they have changed from the tiny box to only large ones, so that's a no-go.
