They have moved my account (business) over to UPS/FedEx and USPS only. They initially gave us $10 bucks and replaced the item. The “executive” manager who I spoke to apologized for the incident and is sending a $75 gift card and a $50 Darden Restaurants gift card for a dinner.
Honestly that’s more then I expected. I was just happy to have the item replaced and the $10 credit. Sometimes amazon can be frustrating, but their CS is normally great!
