Every single Sony TV I’ve installed that has IP control has been controlled via IP without any issue whatsoever.
Control system could matter because if there is something funky in the driver it could be sending a rogue reset command or something that isn’t compatible with the firmware of the TV.
This has been what I am fishing for. Or are we just getting lucky? As I keep noting, its not like we have just controlled a display or 2...
