This is no different than the coffee table with 5-6 remotes laying on it. Sure it works fine but with a lot more steps and frustration; especially when you hit a wrong button or can't remember/figure out how to do it (sound recently familiar?)
Maybe, but consider: Your smart remote has a MAIN page for jumping off to TV, Blu-ray, Apple TV, whatever... Hit MAIN, hit Roku.
Now get your phone. Press HOME, hit Sonos. Press HOME, hit Lutron.
What is the difference? Same number of control devices in your hand, ONE. Same number of button pushes to change activity.
