Are there 32" 4K televisions available? I have only seen computer monitors that support that resolution.

I had pretty much the exact issues you described with the same Wyrestorm box, spent about an hour with tech support and ended up swapping out the box. Project has been problem free for about 6 months.

*EDIT* Tech support told me that the skinny HDMI cables are problematic FYI. They had me change out the skinny proconnects I had in the rack with fat key digitals which seemed to improve the issue at the time of troubleshooting but did not resolve.
