Problem is probably your 32” Sony if I️ had to guess. Did you try leaving that tv disconnected from the matrix & see if you get picture on all the other TVs?
If I’m not mistaken every TV has to be 4K capable for it to work properly. I️ could be wrong though. Had a bad experience once so now every Matrix Install every TV gets upgraded. Haven’t had any issues since.
Knowing that Gold went up a few K makes me think "well now I have to do a better job on selling more equipment".
