- Looking for 15-17" 2-in-1 to see if I like the tablet mode and touchscreen.
Don't need a lot of power as I'm not doing any picture or video editing.
This old laptop is good enough to keep 12 browser windows open, Outlook and Control4 composer. Anything else (URC, Lutron, CCTV, network apps) open in just a few seconds.
Once open, everything works just as fast as supercomputer as far as I'm concerned.
2-in-1 rules out every 17" as far as i know. I think you have to decide if you want 17" with touch and an ethernet port or if you want a 2-in-1 15".
- Would like to find one that has RJ45 built in.
I know i can use the dongle, but I rather have it built-in.
I havent been able to find a 2 in 1 with an RJ45 port. This is on my list of must haves also after dealing with MBP dongles for a couple of years now. One brand works with apple one with windows...pita.
- Backlit keyboard is a must.
- Needs to be a native Windows, no apple please.
