My wife wants one and we've looked at Dell & HP.  If the number pad is important to you, I think the only 2-in-1 that has numeric pad is the HP Envy x360 but it's a lower-end model that is thicker and doesn't have SSD drive option.

I think she's going to give up the number pad and get the 15" HP Spectre x360 which is nice and thin with 4k display and SSD drive.

The 15" dell 2-in-1s (Inspiron 7000 series) seem ok, but still missing the 10-key (number pad).  They are available with SSD, but only 1920x1080 screen... wife didn't like the styling of the Dell as well as the HP.

Seems like everything except for the lowest-end models have backlit keyboards now.  I don't remember seeing an Ethernet port on any of the 2-in-1 models... seems like traditional laptops are even missing Ethernet ports.
