ok, thanks. I've been learning in Pronto... then copy/paste the hex codes to IrScrutinizer... Not sure what I am seeing, I need some time to read up on this (probably over xmas)...

I understand Hex, understand a tiny bit out IR, but really need to dig in to the depts to understand the lead in, repeat etc... hopefully that will help me fix this problem that is annoying the 'you-know-what' out of me!

(or I'll just change my media player to another brand that works with a better remote that allows for play/pause/stop keys and Kodi!)
