Looking for a fairly simple Web based system for tracking feature requests, system defects and maintenance tasks for each client.
For example, Client X might have these tasks entered:
FEATURE: Add new Apple TV to Great Room system FEATURE: Upgrade gate camera; need better night vision DEFECT: HDMI dropping out in upstairs guest bedroom MAINTENANCE: fortify IR emitter connections on all TVs
I'd need the ability to assign priorities and report on tasks by account and priority.
Thoughts?
If it's not simple, it's not sufficiently advanced.
