I wonder if they are scaling back their customization since C4 bought them? That’s upsetting to hear!
James will make anything you can dream up. Most of their subs are separates so it shouldn’t be an issue!
Edit: just logged into the C4 portal and all of the options are there for customizing the inroom silver-gold and platinum to your hearts content! They also have the veneer matching option as well!
