Probably not. We did On Controls/iRule because it was the only Phone/Tablet based system at the time, and thats what the people wanted. We are now doing URC Total Control which offers a great app, hardbutton remotes, and great processors. Having On Controls/iRule react to something like an intrusion trigger, Lutron scene activation, flood sensor, Thermostat adjustment, etc is a problem in today's world.
