Sadly the Roku has been a real problem for many over the past 6 months when connected thru an AVR or switch/matrix.
We have not found a consistent solution for this product except to swap it out with either the NVidia Shield Pro (supports damn near everything) or the AppleTV 4K.

I finally jump on the Roku bandwagon
And now I'm kicked to the curb?
