First of all, your Pronto Hex-es are erroneous: "0000" (except in the four first positions) denotes a duration of zero length, and that is of course meaningless. (Tar-and-feather the one who published such "codes" :-). ) Secondly, you can be rather certain that the device uses RC-5 signals with device number ("system address") 12.

You can use IrScrutinizer to generate the different signals, and (using suitable hardware) also shooting them at the device. Ask if you need help.
