Hi all.
I was having a great time with all my system working from my Q50 through my NC50, until....

I tried to add my S70.

Problems with the z-wave led me to trying to reset the NC50.

But now it won't be recognised by either unit or any version of windows with NSP installed.

I've tried re - resetting the NC50 but the button doesn't seem to work anymore - the light on top just remains fully on and doesn't flash at all.

I'm thinking on opening it to see if I can affect the reset inside.

Any tips, please?
