Sorry i should have said, the swircher is in an in wall rack that is in my office. I wirh from home, hence in the office all day. The switcher is noisy as it has a fan running all of the time. So the point is two fold, to keep my office quiet and to save power.
My question being will turn the switcher on and off frequently cause any damage to the unit?
