maybe finger duct mounted to the left and right of each side of the rack. your cables could swoop left or right out of the equipment, head towards the front of the equipment and hop into the finger duct
Panduit makes some vertical managers that have standoffs on them so that you can recess them a bit. I have custom made my own standoffs so that they recess as much as the deepest piece of equipment. Really the only choice.
