This is all pretty standard for some commercial jobs. But the workers comp may put you in the red.
Ask them for a sample certificate of insurance. That will make it easy for you to send to insurance companies for pricing. In the end it may not be worth it. Paperwork and office fees can sometimes cost as much as the project itself in a case like this.
