I have to add an ir emitter to a PB for control system. The PB is wall mounted under a TV. The front ir window on the PB works for TV volume but the sensor window on the rear doesn't. They look identical.
Does anyone know how to make the rear window accept ir signals? If the PB were to be flat mounted (ie: in front of a TV on a dresser) the sensor that is exposed would be the one I'm trying to use so the emitter isn't seen. Does the PB have some kind of internal sensor that knows whether it's wall mounted or not? I do remember at some point you had a choice to say it was wall mounted in the setup menu.
Well, hopefully I'll hear back form some of you. In the mean time a call to Sonos will be next. TIA
