I was about to order some of these for use with CAT5 when I noticed it says CAT6. Is there anything about this CAT6 device that would be a problem with CAT5?
I've never had an issue using them with cat5. I'd like to think that since cat6 is thicker gauge my thought would be that the prongs in these couplers are thicker as well, creating more point of contact? Don't know the answer for sure, but I've never had any worse luck with them over cat-5 ones.
