Maybe we could finally have peace. There would be multiple rocks and everyone on each rock would look the same and one would not need to tolerate anyone who didn't look and behave like the person in the mirror.
But, I'm not convinced that this is the human way. There would be exit and entrance interviews as the rocks were populated and eventually there would be missionaries who travel between rocks and attempt to enlighten the ignorant unfortunates living on the other rocks.
Who would be in charge? Make everyone 'equal' and someone is always in charge, taking more than the rest. Once the others find out, unrest breaks out. Also, there's always someone who won't conform, for some reason.
Call it 'human nature' or a deviation, but it will happen unless people are manufactured to minute tolerances.
