I'm always surprised by the "Do (insert aggressive billing/collections here), then never answer her calls again" response. This is 2017. Behaving that way is going to get you crushed on social media, contractor review sites, etc...all of which are going to cost you a lot more in the long run than whatever couple hundred dollars you might be out right now.
