I dug around a little and it seems that you can have multiple public IP addresses available through the ONT.

I did not find a step by step setup discussion and there is no one and only way to do this. Here is one link that will get you started. You can search for "Multiple FIOS public IP address" and dig up some additional information. Maybe there is a step by step discussion out there, but I did not come across it.
