You may need to reboot the Verizon modem. Be sure to turn OFF the Verizon wireless and don't connect anything to the Verizon LAN ports. MOCA support will still be active on the Verizon modem.

And, as you have said, you need to acquaint the ONT with the new router.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "multiple static IP addresses". If you mean fixed IP addresses on the LAN side, this is a function of the router. You can reserve IP addresses on the Verizon router. If you mean that there are multiple WAN IP addresses, I don't think that the ONT supports this.
