Try re-learning. Wait until the screen on the remote says 'Learning IR' (don't start pressing buttons on the original remote until the screen on the 9300 says 'Learning'. Then press and hold the button you want to learn until the 9300 beeps.

I would in fact relearn all the Digit buttons including Digit 4. The only clean looking learn is the Channel Up but even it looks a bit odd.
