I got new IPTV STB from my provider. It's Samsung branded to IPTV provider. Model is GX-HT501EL.

I scanned codes as usual, but for part of them system is not working correctly. Some keys work as expected but some of them behave as if I pressed key on the remote 5 times. I tried many times to re-scan, but without success.

For example Channel up/down works properly. Keys 1 and 2 behave as if they are pressed 5 times, but key 3 works normally.

What could be cause of this?
