Yes if you are using an emitter . If you are using a ir in on the back then no.
Hi, what does this mean? I am using an MRF-250 with my MX-3000 and everything works perfectly, however when using my MX-900 the MRF-250 appears to respond to the the RF signal whenever I push a button on the remote (it lights up), but the cable box does not respond. (The cable box does respond to the IR command fro the MX-900 to the IR code should be correct)
There is no emitter on the cable box, I use the IR blaster for this (and this works fine with the MX-3000). Could the MX-990 or CCP somehow refuse to trigger the blaster, even when receiving an RF signal? Could that be the reson for the different behaviour?
