Walked into a cluster. Some of the poorest work I've ever seen. Client has Pioneer elite with the control box remotely located. TV has died and of course the proprietary cable is all that's run.

I cannot pull new cables without significant damage to walls and ceilings. New TV will be a Sony 55" 850E panel. At one time I thought there was an adapter we could use. I seem to recall you can't just take a regular DVI to HDMI either. I know what ever we do it won't be 4K

Is my client hosed? Pursueing wireless as an option but i think the distance is just to far away.
