I've had the same problems with Roku and both RTI and URC remotes. Try finding the HEX codes here in Remote central and use those. You may even have to learn the Roku codes and create your own IR library. I've done both and had to use some learned codes and some HEX codes for the last Roku4 with RTI I did.

I would also land the codes on the remote in stead of recalling single code system macros. The system works more efficiently that way. The system macros you create should be used for more advanced things than a single code... something like a shut down sequence for a TV (TV goes to input 1, then turns off) or the entire system shut down, source selection macros, etc.
