I have a new T2i remote installed on a project.

We came in today and the controller was stuck in the power in the Power Down Screen

We did the standard hold the OK button and the function button. This cleared the screen but now remote will not allow us any functions other than volume and mute. Punch through commands

I have tried the RTi tech support number but had to leave a message. I did a RTi forum search but I didn't see anything there either.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
