Wow, stupidity knows no bounds.
Clear case of simple minded idiots confusing the rule about having receivers in multiple homes under 1 account.
Need to call back and get a proper agent on the line.
I can't believe they actually said "turn you over to the fraud department". My immediate response would have been "Then I'll turn you over to the dumbass department".
