Pork and beef ribs in the smoker(dry rub)
Ribeye's,T-bones(black peeper and garlic),corn on the cob,and shrimp on the grill.
A cheesy potato dish in the oven(ingredients classified)
Some light beer,IPA's,white and red wine,and some JW Blue label for those that deserve it!
AND music of my choice covering the "party acre" with 14 speakers with individually controlled levels to avoid hot spots.
Other than family,fast cars,four wheeling,building stuff, and work,this is what I live for!
