So far, the only LEDs I've ever seen that ramp up from 1% (like incandescent) are from Lutron. But these lights are only available for new construction and they are pricey.
Anyone know of a retrofit LED or an LED bulb that can ramp up from 1% so there's no noticeable sudden on or off?
