Funny, I have never used this feature on any of the hundreds of samsung tvs I have installed over the years.
Put both the videos on a USB stick, plugged it in to one of my tvs at home that is about the same age and series as the clients, selected USB1 as the input, went to the transport controls and selected "repeat all".
Works like a charm.
Your welcome, glad it worked out!! USB ports get overlooked for simple things like this all the time. I have a few clients that use these features every once in a while.
The problem is every TV manufacturer is different. LG commercial is usually the best for this application.
